Ted Cruz:  What class guy!

21 Jul

Ted Cruz ended his political career last night. Four years ago Ron Paul  was not invited to speak at the GOP convention.  Classless Mitt showed he lacked self confidence.   Ron did not endorse Mitt Romney, because the GOP nominee is a Big Government Republican.    Ron held a rally for his supporters down the street from the convention instead.  Trump showed class by inviting Cruz to speak.  When Trump was informed Cruz was not going to endorse him, Trump shrugged it off.   Whatever you think of Trump, he is supremely self-confident–a trait the American people admire.

“Ted Cruz failed to endorse Donald Trump in his speech to the Republican National Convention, telling Americans to “vote your conscience.”

The media have short and selective memories.

“Joe Biden had his own plagiarism problems, but that did no stop him from being the Vice-President of the United States.”

GOP convention begins…

19 Jul

and Robert Wenzel tells it like it is…a beating of the war drums.  I heard Sen. Jodi Ernst speak, and it was clear why Trump did not choose her as the VP.  She is a terrible speaker.

Thumbs down for both Donald and Hillary

18 Jul

“In both their policies and personalities, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are the natural offspring of the upside-down incentives of the political plunderland that the American system has degenerated into: where governance is perverted into a regime of kleptocratic power-grabbing and the paternalistic social engineering of human relationships.”

Trump blows it by picking Pence

So much for “police protection,” if true

15 Jul

Next week we will see if the police protect the public from thugs. If they don’t, then the myth of police protection wil be shattered.

After Labor Day, the Democrats may have buyers’ remorse

15 Jul

If Hillary were a “strong” candidate, she would be leading Trump by HUGE margins now. Bernie revealed her weaknesses, and if he had hammered her about the emails, it is possible he would be the nominee.

“Some people were freaked out,” says one senator who attended the meeting.

Ann Coulter: VP pick is Trump’s first mistake

15 Jul

Trump supposedly going for the “establishment” choice.  He should have chosen New Jersey state senator Mike Doherty for many reasons not the least of which he opposes the cronyism that drives American politics.

“I hope Pence is not true,” Coulter wrote.
